Terms of use
These terms apply to the Tapnumi app and tapnumi.com, provided by Zargham Labs LLC (“we”). By installing or using Tapnumi you agree to them.
1. The game
Tapnumi is a puzzle game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.
2. In-app purchases
Remove ads, the starter bundle and hint packs are sold through Google Play, under Google Play’s terms and refund policy. The contents of each product are shown before you buy. Hints can be used only inside Tapnumi, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Remove ads can be restored on the same Google account with “Restore purchases”. Optional reward videos remain available after you remove ads.
3. Ads
The free game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We filter ads for a general audience but do not control every ad. You can report an ad from Settings → Report an ad.
4. Your data
Our privacy policy explains what information is used and how.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app or its ads, or use automated means to generate ad views or rewards.
6. Changes and availability
We may update or change the game, its levels and its features, and may stop offering it. Progress is stored on your device; we are not responsible for data lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Tapnumi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Zargham Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
